ORDERING ITEMS:
Indymoto handles local, national, and international orders. If you have a specific need for an item that we do not have in stock, contact us (link) via email or phone and we can most likely get it for you.
You can order from our online store (link) 24/7 or call during shop hours to place orders over the phone. As always, we love it when folks stop by the shop.
DELIVERY:
Delivery is within 2 to 5 days on most orders. Faster shipping times can be arranged, just let us know. We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more (excludes items too large for standard UPS ground services).
We offer next-day delivery on parts to most US areas. Our standard shipping is UPS ground. Other shipping services are available by special request. Please contact us for these services.
WARRANTY:
All new parts, gear, and apparel come with a manufacturer’s warranty. All used parts have a “fit guarantee” which means the part fits the state specific year of the bike. We list other years that the part will also fit. Please note: it is your responsibility to cross-reference the part to ascertain fit. The guarantee does not apply if the specific year of the part does not match the year of your bike.
Used parts are removed from operational bikes and ATVs we have tested. Used parts do not have any warranty. If a used part has any known defect, that defect will be listed.
